Shipping
We offer free shipping to the continental US. If you are located outside of the continental US, a flat shipping fee of $13 USD will be added to your order. We are not responsible for any additional charges you may incur as a result of ordering from the US. We ship via USPS Priority mail or Fed Ex.
If you have a special shipping request for your order, please email us or leave a note in the comment section of check out. We will try to grant your request, but some additional shipping charges may apply.
Packaging
Your order may arrive in a box that has already traveled the world. It may not be pretty, but hey, we love to recycle! We do promise that everything inside the box is in perfect condition and arrives to you safe and sound!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. So, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will try to make returns and exchanges as easy and quick as possible. KIND will exchange or refund purchased goods within 14 days of ship date for domestic orders (30 days for international customers). Please notify us via email if you are returning an item.
To return an item, simply repack the item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, with original tags) in the original packaging with receipt and ship to the return address listed on the invoice. Please, indicate on the receipt your reason for returning and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once we receive your return and have determined the item(s) is in its original condition, we can start the refund or exchange process. This process takes between 3-5 days. We are sorry, but if an item is not returned in its original condition we cannot accept it.
We cannot refund any shipping charges you may incur, nor do we pay for return shipping. This is because we already offer free shipping and very low international shipping rates, and we would like to be able to keep it that way.
If we made a mistake (sent you the wrong item, size, color, etc) or your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund if the item is no longer available. Again, we must receive the return before we can offer you an exchange or refund.
If you need to return an item, we suggest shipping using a trackable and insured shipping method such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post. We cannot take responsibility for packages we do not receive or are damaged in return shipping.

Sale Items
Sale items marked down 1-39% are eligible for store points or exchange only. Items purchased at reduced rates using discount codes are also considered sale items and are only eligible for store points or exchange as well. Store points will not expire and can be used whenever you want!
Beauty items & final sale items are non-refundable. Sale items marked down 40% or more are considered final sales.
Sales Tax
Items shipped to Texas residents will incur an 8.25% sales tax.
Privacy & Security Policy
This site is protected with an SSL certificate and all orders and credit cards numbers are kept private. When you place an order with us we request your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date and email address. We understand this information is private. We do not store credit card information in our system or share with outside parties. We only use the information for limited purposes of processing orders or notifying you of special offers that may be of interest to you.
We encourage you to sign up for our mailing list. These emails are only used to provide you with advanced notice of new merchandise, sales and other store related events. And, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from the mailing list at any time.
