Erica Weiner Jem Shield Earrings

Here’s another radical vintage 80’s earring find from Erica’s recent New England buying trip. Oversized downward-pointing triangles have a bend in the center, making them into a kind of shield shape. They’re just over 1” tall and 1” wide.

Since they’re vintage, we can’t be sure exactly what type of metal the posts are, but my guess is that they’re stainless or surgical steel. Each pair has been carefully cleaned, repaired as necessary, and given new 14K gold-plated backs. Earrings come attached to cardstock packaging bearing an “Erica Weiner Jewelry” logo.
