Popomomo

Have you seen the new Popomomo pieces in the shop? I kind of snuck them in a couple of days ago.

The collection was inspired by the Russian avant-garde art movement. Here is a little about the movement and how it's reflected in the current collection from designer Lizz Wasserman:

"[the] movement spanned a variety of artists and ideas from 1850-1960. Focusing on Russian constructivism, popomomo explored the art and textile designs of Liubov Popova, one of main women from the movement. The movement is reflected in the S/S 2010 line’s strong geometric details and cutout shapes, in pops of colorful trims and abstract prints, and popomomo's simple yet sophisticatedly sexy easy pieces."

The pieces haven't made it to the shop yet, but are available for pre-order. They are scheduled to make their appearance sometime next week and will ship immediately upon arrival!
